We can give most pricing estimates over the phone. You may call us at 207-317-3810, or simply fill out an online estimates form on our website and we will call you!

No. We can usually ask questions and understand your needs over the phone. But if you prefer, we are happy to stop by your house to give you the most accurate price estimate.

Our cleanings are priced on a flat-rate basis, not by the hour. We take into consideration the size and specifications of the home

Yes, we bring all of our own supplies and equipment. We use biodegradable, eco-friendly products that are safe for humans, pets, and the environment.

No. It is entirely your choice if you are home or away. Our staff have received background checks and are trusted team players. Most customers provide us with a key. This ensures our team access and helps prevent lock-outs. Keys are kept in our safe and are never labeled with identifying information, such as name or address. We ensure the safety of your home by setting alarms and locking doors.

We provide an estimated arrival time. Actual arrival time may be a half hour before or after. This is due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or needing extra time to finish a previous cleaning. If we are going to be more than 30 minutes early or late, we will call you.

Contact us within 24 hours and we will come back free of charge. The cleaners must be able to come back into the home within the next 2 business days.

No. We work to earn your continued business with every cleaning.

We ask that you take a few minutes the night before to remove dirty dishes from sinks and pick up any items that limit our access to areas to be cleaned, such as floors, counters, and tables.
